The tour takes approximately 90 minutes, but there is no time limit (until the aquarium closes).
Access to the tour will be possible until 1 hour before the aquarium closes to allow visitors time to enjoy the tour.
Photography is allowed in the aquarium. However, the use of flash is prohibited, as fish, lacking eyelids, are very sensitive to flashes and bright lights.
Children under 14 cannot enter the aquarium alone; they must be accompanied by someone over 16.
Pets are not allowed in the aquarium. Because it houses live animals, veterinary authorities prohibit the entry of animals that are not their own.
The only animals we accept are guide dogs and assistance dogs (You will be asked to show an inclusion mobility card or a disability card).
The aquarium does not have its own parking, but there is a public underground parking garage nearby (fees apply).
We have an area with vending machines where you can get something to eat, but you are not allowed to bring food or drink (except water) into the aquarium.
This experience/attraction has a non-cancellable / non-changeable cancellation policy: Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or modified.
By Bicycle: Seville has an extensive network of bike lanes that connect directly to the aquarium. There is a convenient bike rack located right outside the main entrance.
By Bus: Tussam lines 3, 6 and 34 have a stop at La Palmera.
By Subway: The nearest Metro stop is Puerta Jerez, which is a 15-minute walk away.
By car: If you are coming by car, there is a public underground parking garage next to the aquarium (entrance on Av. Molini). Please note that this parking garage does not belong to the aquarium.
